The Auto Club Group (ACG) recently awarded Aristeo a year-long project to renovate their new 1,500 sq. ft. innovation center. Thanks to Aristeo’s quality work, ACG added on to their original contract and awarded Aristeo the renovation of their new “Heritage Hallway” a 6,500 sq. ft. passageway that leads to the innovation center. As General Contractor on both project phases, Aristeo oversaw transformation of the entire hallway and converted two training rooms into three unique spaces.
Project Details
- Aristeo oversaw demolition, renovation, and steel installation
- Supervised the creation of 10 display bases, and the construction of 14 display boards
- Supervised the installation of 10,000 sq. ft. of drywall
The 1,500 sq. ft. innovation center featured a large training space with two adjacent, smaller conference rooms, high tech equipment, and a collaborative design. The two conference rooms were separated by a luxury bi-fold door comprised of anodized aluminum with a glass center. Installing this high end door presented Aristeo with a unique challenge and required careful coordination to put together, as the doors arrived in two pieces.
Aristeo also transformed ACG’s new “Heritage Hallway” a museum-like space showcasing their longstanding history. This required Aristeo to oversee the careful incorporation of unique historical pieces and display boards across this 6,500 sq. ft. space.
Aristeo managed 14 subcontractors who provided HVAC, electrical, rough carpentry, and all finishes. Aristeo was awarded this work after successfully renovating ACG’s cafeteria in 2018, and completed this project with an excellent safety record.
